Refund policy

We want you to love your purchase. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

This policy operates in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law, which cannot be excluded.


Change of Mind Returns

We accept returns for change of mind under the following conditions:

  • Return request is made within 14 days of receiving your order
  • Item is unused, unworn, and in original condition
  • Item is returned in its original packaging

Please note:

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable

Faulty or Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or not as described:

  • Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and a description
  • We will offer a replacement, repair, or full refund, as appropriate
  • We will cover any return shipping costs in these cases

Exclusions

For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns on:

  • Earrings (if applicable)
  • Custom or personalised items
  • Items that show signs of wear, damage, or alteration

Refunds

  • Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method
  • Please allow 5–10 business days for funds to appear, depending on your bank

Exchanges

We offer exchanges for:

  • Different sizes or styles (subject to availability)
  • Requests must meet the same conditions as returns
